tried this on my lower back because lately it gets stiff quite easily, especially after sitting for too long. I wore the patch at night while resting and the warm feeling slowly came in. It didn't feel like an instant miracle or anything, but my back definitely felt more comfortable and less tight after awhile. Will continue using when needed.
